CHEF-MONTAGE

Chef-montage provides for reception of the equipment at the Customer’s site to ensure the integrity of the equipment and delivery; preparation of the required accompanying documentation for carrying out Chef-montage works and subsequent operation of the equipment; control over  installation work and the whole complex of works related to  commissioning and testing of the equipment and adjustment of automation systems. Technical consulting and training of personnel on operation and its maintenance of the equipment. Work on chefmontage takes up to 50% of the total amount of work performed by specialists of the engineering department.

COMMISSIONING

VR Engineering experts are able to provide pre-commissioning, testing of equipment and/or its individual functional elements within the process units and production lines. A complex hardware check is performed after the completion of all installation works. Before the test, it is assured that the requirements specified in the technical operation rules, installation instructions, labor protection and fire safety policies as well as other applicable guidelines are verified and fulfilled. A successful completion of the inspection is attested through signing the certificate of equipment preparedness for commissioning.
